Azerbaijani police captain forced the detained to have sexual intercourse

The court of grave crimes is considering a criminal case of the former senior operative officer on combat with drugs of the police department of the Geranboy region Rafael Nazarov.
He is charged with taking bribes in large amounts.

According to Day.Az, the court is presided by judge Mansur Ibayev.

In line with the materials of the case, in September of 1998, police captain Rafael Nazarov took bribes from persons, suspected of the sale and transportation of drugs, after which he released them.

He also forced the detained to undress and have a sexual intercourse with each other to get necessary testimonies from them to identify others, associated with their case.

He is charged under articles 311.3.3 (bribery), 309 (abuse of powers), 145 (illegal imprisonment of a person) of the Criminal Code of Azerbaijan.
