10 new school buildings will be commissioned by the new academic year in Lerik, Azerbaijan.

Day.Az reports that new school buildings are mainly built in the remote mountainous villages.
Old school buildings were in a disastrous state in these villages. Thus, the school in Aliabad village functioned in a building, constructed in 1958 and not suitable for education.
A building constructed in 1970 was pulled down in the Piran village. Now a new school for 360 pupils is under construction, financed by SOCAR. All buildings will open by the new academic year.
