Armenians' misappropriation of Azerbaijan's intellectual property to be prevented after Azerbaijan's WTO accession

Ogtay Samedov, Deputy Chairman of the Azerbaijan Copyright Agency, said Azerbaijan has repeatedly reported to international organizations about Armenians’ stealing its intellectual property but could not a positive solution to the problem.

"The international organizations, in turn, claim that they have no leverage to prevent the misappropriation. After joining the WTO, we will get the opportunity to take serious measures against the Armenians", he added.
