Soldier of Azerbaijan's Ministry of Justice guard regiment dies of leukemia

Famil Shamil oghlu Guliyev, soldier of one of the guard regiments under Azerbaijan's Ministry of Justice, locating in Salyan region, born in 1989, died yesterday in the Republican hospital, Day.Az reports with reference to ANS-Press.

According to Guliyev's father, Shamil Guliyev, his son had served in the army for four months and ten days.

"Three days ago, my son asked me to visit him in the military unit. He complained about pains in the stomach, though before being recruited he had no complaints about health. I brought him to the hospital and he was examined. As his state was too heavy, he was not accepted to the military hospital", said Guliyev.

After it, Guliyev was brought to the Republican hospital and diagnosed with acute leucosis (leukemia). According to the source from the hospital, Guliyev was placed in the reanimation sector, but doctors did not manage to rescue him.

A source from the guard regiment noted that they have no information about the issue.
