Siyavush Novruzov: "The draft act on amnesty is ready and will be submitted to the parliament of Azerbaijan"

The due announcement was made by parliamentarian Siyavush Novruzov.

He noted that the project envisions amnesty for people, who committed a crime by accident, for elderly people and women.

"The act of amnesty will date to the 85th jubilee of national leader Heydar Aliyev. I can not say whether the draft will be submitted for discussion of parliamentarians at a session on the eve of Heydar Aliyev's birthday. My colleagues support this initiative and I think we will settle this issue on basis of a single agreement", said Novruzov.
