State Agency on regulation of Nuclear and Radiological Activity established under Azerbaijan's Ministry of Emergency Situations

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has issued a decree on establishing the State Agency on regulation of Nuclear and Radiological Activity under the Ministry of Emergency Situations, APA reports.

The Agency will carry out actions complying with international standards and fulfill control and regulative functions.

The Cabinet of Ministers has been instructed to prepare regulations of the Agency within a month and submit it to the President.
