Issues of imprisoned reporters not discussed during OSCE chairman-in-office's visit to Azerbaijan

I have general information about imprisoned reporters in Azerbaijan.

The due announcement was made by Ilkka Kanerva, Finland's Foreign Minister and OSCE chairman-in-office.

"However, this is not included into my sphere of activity, therefore, the issue has not been discussed during the meeting with Azerbaijan's Foreign Minister", he said.

He noted that on the whole the activity of free mass media is an important element for democratic countries.
