Judge punished for bribery in Azerbaijan

Judgeship term of Surakhany district court judge Latif Nabiyev was terminated.

The relevant decision was passed at the meeting of the Judicial Council.

The council told APA that disciplinary cases about judges were considered at the meeting.

The council passed a decision on imposing disciplinary sanctions on Latif Nabiyev for violation of legislation, abuse of power and corruption and his judgeship term has been terminated.
