Azerbaijan's Ministry of Communications and Information Technologies to prepare state program on ICT development for 2009-2012

Azerbaijan Ministry of Communications and Information Technologies will prepare the State Program on Development of Communications and Information Technologies in Azerbaijan for 2009-2012 years, chief of department of MCIT Rufat Gulmammadov said.

According to Mr. Gulmammadov, the working group which will prepare the program has been already created. The preparation of the first version of the program will take three months.

The first prepared and affirmed State Program (Electronic Azerbaijan) covers 2005-2008.
