Three Azerbaijani officers provoking a soldier to suicide put in jail

The trial was presided by judge Mursal Aliyev, as reported by sources from the Military Court.

By the decision of the court, Chingiz Javadov, Vagif Gasymov and Zaman Mirzoyev are sentenced to 6, 5.5 and 5 years of custody.

It should be noted that in March of 2007, J.Baloglanov wounded himself with a gun, as the officers were constantly abusing him. They were found guilty under Articles 125 and 331 of the Criminal Code of Azerbaijan.
