Unique musical fountain inaugurated in Baku, Azerbaijan

The event was attended by President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev.

Head of the Baku Executive Power Hajibala Abutalybov informed the President on the reconstruction.

The fountain was designed by Italian specialists. It is a unique fountain in the world.

Author's rights on the project belong to Azerbaijan. The fountain pool is covered with white crystalline marble, brought from Brazil and the adjacent area with granite, finished by Japanese technology.

The illumination system around the fountain has been worked out by Japanese specialists. The fountain and pumps are regulated automatically.

Musical compositions belong to Tchaikovsky, Strauss and Sviridov as well as Alim Gasimov.

President Ilham Aliyev and his spouse Mehriban Aliyeva met Baku residents while walking in the National Park. The Head of State offered his best wishes to them on the forthcoming holidays.
