Oktay Asadov: "Wearing of hijab (headscarves) in educational institutions can not be prohibited by the Law "On Education"

"Wearing of hijab (headscarves) can not be prohibited by the Law "On Education", speaker of Milli Medjlis Oktay Asadov told during the session of the Parliament.

He noted that the decision can be adopted only by high schools.

At the same time, he also criticized the chairman of the parliamentary commission for education and science Shamsaddin Gadjiyev for not informing deputies about it in his speech.
