Justice Ministry's Health Department appealed for Ali Insanov's treatment

Ombudsman's representatives visited detention place #1.

They appealed to Justice Ministry's Health Department to arrange former Health Minister Ali Insanov's treatment.

Ombudsman's representatives also met with Rizvan Talibov, kept in detention place #3 of Justice Ministry Penitentiary Service in Shuvelan. He did not complain of his detention conditions. He is dissatisfied with his punishment and said that the investigation is biased. Ombudsman appealed to Prosecutor General for fair investigation of the case. APA
