Ecology Ministry announces transborder pollution in the Kur and Araz rivers

Ecology and Natural Resources Ministry Gazakh and Beilegan Analytical Researches labs controlling over the state of water pollution in transbordering rivers monitored some territories.

They monitored Kur-Shikhli-2, Agstafa reservoir, Agstafachay-Gazakh, Tovuzchay-Tovuz, Khram rivers, as well as Horadiz, Shahseven II and Behramtepe territories.
The results of the monitoring showed that the rivers Kur and Araz have underwent transbordering pollution. Both rivers are undergoing industrial and domestic pollution. APA
