IAU students' plea against Baku Mayor's Office to be considered

The plea of private Independent Azerbaijan University students against Baku Mayor's Office will be considered on May 24.

The students stated that Baku Mayor's Office violated the terms of the law on freedom of assembly. They asked to pass a decision on fining AZN 5mln.

Chief of students' rights defense committee Vugar Suleymanov told the APA the students' appeal against the decision of Binagadi district court will be considered in Appeals Court on May 26.
