Kamil Sedreddinov's lawyer appeals against court decision

Lawyer told the APA that Kamil Sedreddinov's rights were violated in the initial investigation and court of first instance and the appeal can not be considered unless these irregularities are eliminated. The lawyer considers that Appeals Court has to send the part of the criminal case related to Kamil Sedreddinov back to the court of first instance.

"The defense can use its rights only after the irregularities in the initial investigation and court of first instance are eliminated and Kamil Sedreddinov's rights are restored. The appeal should be considered after the irregularities are eliminated," he said.
