Workgroup studies library improvement potential in Azerbaijan

Azerbaijan's Culture and Tourism Ministry has set up a working group in accordance with a presidential decree for improvement of library capacity in the country.

The working group also includes four representatives from the Communications and Information Technologies Ministry.

The working group will meet on May 15 to discuss the issues set forth by the decree such as libraries' access to global information sources, modernization, improvement of the building capacities etc. and prepare proposals to be submitted to the president. APA
