Medical exemption says Zabit Kazimov not guilty for Ikram Khaliov's death

The Court told APA medical examination's decision was announced in the court process. According to the examination, the cause of death was his own carelessness but not Zabit Kazimov's strike. The representative of Ikram Khalilov Rasim Aliyev protested to the examination and solicited for a new examination. The solicitation was accepted. The court process postponed for uncertain time.

The court process held on January 18 sent material on criminal case to medical examination on the solicitation of Narmina Mammadova, accused Zabit Kazimov's barrister. The accused Zabit Kazimov is found guilty under the article 120.2.3 (to kill official or his relatives for his duty) and article 221.2 (hooliganism) of the Criminal Code. Parviz Mammedov is found guilty under the article 221.2 (hooliganism) of the Criminal Code.
