Conference examining youth's role in socio-economic development held

Chief of Youth Center Public Union Babek Mehdiyev spoke about the activities in the direction of implementation of the state program, APA reports.

President's Office socio-political officer Erestun Mehdiyev said that Azerbaijani youth has a great role in the development of the country.

Deputy Youth and Sport Minister Intigam Babayev spoke about the youth's activities. The deputy minister also noted that law on Youth policy will be adopted soon.

Parliamentarian Fettah Heydarov noted that Azerbaijani youth plays a great role in ongoing political and economic processes and Azerbaijani government always takes care of the youth.
Parliamentarian Guler Ahmadova said the youth has equal rights and underlined that this is a part of the policy pursued by Azerbaijani authorities.

The event is organized by Economic Development Ministry, YAP Youth Union, Baku Business University, Youth Education Center Public Union and Tuna Printing and Advertising Company.
