Azerbaijan administers exam for civil service recruitment

The commission chair Bahram Khalilov said 930 applicants stood for 189 openings in 15 state bodies. Candidates answering correctly at least 80% of multiple choice questions will pass to the interview.

He added that the average salary for vacancies is between AZN 250 and AZN 270.

An applicant, who stands for a vacancy in the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, Hasan Eyvazov, told APA reporter that everything went ok and there was no wrong distraction.

The State Student Admission Commission chairwoman Maleyka Abbaszade said the results will be posted on the commission's web site in a few hours.
