NTRC issues license to ANS TV

"According to the amendments, if there are no more than three participants in the competition, the results of the competition will be invalid, the second competition will be announced. If no more than three people participate at the third competition, then the Council will make a special decision on the results of second competition," NTRC told the APA.

Taking into account these changes, NTRC made a decision on granting 6-year license to ANS TV and ANS ChM.

It should be noted that no one except the company attended the tenders announced on ANS TV and ANS ChM frequency at the end of last year and on February 20 till March 31, 2007.
