Trial on Serdar Jalaloglu's suit against Akif Shahbazov to be held

The suit brought by Serdar Jalaloglu, chief of Organizing Committee for Preparation for the Congress of Azerbaijan Democratic Party (ADP) against Akif Shahbazov, chief of Open Society Party (OSP) will be considered by Binagadi district court on April 30.

The trial will be presided over by judge Medine Bagirova, APA reports.

Serdar Jalaloglu claimed that Akif Shahbazov illegally used ADP's name, violated ADP regulations and law on political parties and asked to make a corresponding decision about him.
