Trial on suit of Khojaly residents against Eynulla Fatullayev postponed

Court proceeding on the suit of Khojaly residents against Eynulla Fatullayev, editor-in-chief of Gundelik Azerbaijan and Realniy Azerbaijan newspapers was postponed.

The proceeding was postponed, because mother of Isakhan Ashurov, lawyer for Eynulla Fatullayev, died.

Eynulla Fatullayev sent a letter to the court with regard to it. The court told him that he should find another lawyer if Ashurov does not attend the next trial, otherwise the court will provide him with lawyer. The next court proceeding has been fixed to April 20.

Fatullayev told the APA that Ashurov will attend the trial.
