Fatal cases in Azerbaijani Army caused by psychological factors - minister

Sports and Youth Ministry as a body for work with youth should see suicide cases and analyze the situation.

Sports and Youth Minister Azad Rahimov thinks the death cases are mainly caused by psychological factors.

"In my opinion a person, who has just started soldier's life while changing civil life for military, faces some difficulties. These factors impact some people badly," the minister stressed. APA
