Court of Appeal to pass decision on Feremez Novruzoglu and Serdar Alibeyli

Azerbaijani Court of Appeals presided over by judge Mirpasha Mammadov has continued the trial on appeal of editor-in-chief of Nota Bene newspaper and consultant Faramaz Novruzoglu.

The representatives of the claimants asked to uphold the decision of Narimanov Court. The trial will continue on April 13. The court will pass its decision on the same day.

Novruzoglu got two-year sentence and Serdar Elibeyli 1-year and 6 months suspended imprisonment on the claims of Azerbaijan's Interior Minister Ramil Usubov and State Committee for Azerbaijanis Living Abroad chief Nazim Ibrahimov, APA reports.
