Azerbaijan Cultural Center was established in Norilsk at the initiative of Azerbaijanis working there.

Books published on Azerbaijani history and the works of our artists will be demonstrated at the Cultural Center, Azerbaijan's consul-general to St. Petersburg Gudsi Osmanov told the APA.

The establishment of the Center aims to introduce Azerbaijani nation more positively.
