Lawyer wants Ali Insanov's acquittal

Today trial on case of former Health Minister Ali Insanov and ten more defendants accused of embezzlement, abuse of power and bribery continued in the second part of the day at Azerbaijan's Court of Grave Crimes.

Agaveys Shaverdi, lawyer for Ali Insanov called on the judge to make just decision and acquit Ali Insanov. Following this, defendants – Fuad Mahmudov, Perviz Kazimov, Fekhreddin Abbsaov and Anar Namazov addressed the trial.

The judge addressed to Ali Insanov to make a final statement. Ali Insanov said he can not make statement today.

The process will last on April 10, APA reports.
