Preliminary trial on Khojaly residents' claim against Eynulla Fatullayev to be held

The defendant and his lawyer Isakhan Ashurov, members of Eynulla Fatullayev's Rights Defense Committee – parliamentarians Igbal Agazade, Panah Huseyn and other came to the court.

Chaladze said they asked whether she has right to speak on behalf of Khojaly residents, APA reports.

"I showed them the letter of attorney that Khojaly residents gave me, and they were sure that my documents are right. As my translator did not participate in the trial, the preliminary court proceeding was fixed to April 11," she said.
