Hatira Gasimova: "Arif Alishanov dismissed Mehriban Alakbarzade for his rudeness and impatience"

She said Mehriban Alakbarzade was engaged entirely in his personal creative work instead of promoting her department's development.

"The programmes directed by Mehriban Alakbarzade were not acceptable for state television as they correspond to the format of private TVs."

She also said the staff members of "Enlightment" department complained on rudeness, impatience and indifference shown by Mehriban Alakbarzade.

"Mehriban Alakbarova even used not to receive his employees. That is why AZTV breached contract with her," the press service head said.

Gasimova also emphasized the new reformed "Enlightenment" department was not successful, APA reports.

As "Youth" and "Military patriotism" departments were excluded from the "Enlightenment" department, and now they will be independent. Those studios are governed by Javanshir Jahangirov at the time.

The AZTV press service head said "News" department's head Saadat Mammadova resigned by her own wish, as she expressed her wish in January. She added new chiefs will be appointed to "Enlightment" studio, "Morning" programme and "Programmes for Children".
