Court passes decision on Eynulla Fatullayev

Yasamal Court presided over by judge Isa Ismayilov has today passed a decision on Eynulla Fatullayev, editor-in-chief and founder of Gundelik Azerbaijan newspaper by the claim of Tatyana Chaladze, investigator of Khojaly tragedy.

Gundelik Azerbaijan newspaper and Realniy Azerbaijan newspaper have been fined of AZN10 000 by the court's decision. This money will be spent for solution of the problems of Khojaly refugees settled in pension in Naftalan.

According to the court decision, Eynulla Fatullayev has to refute his articles and thoughts and apologize to Khojaly residents, APA reports.
