Court to consider case on Terter education department former chief

The investigation of the criminal case launched on former chief of Terter Education Department Fazil Museyibov is over and has been sent to the Court of Grave Crimes.

spokesman for General prosecutor's office Eldar Efendiyev told the APA that Museyibov faced charges on Article 312 (bribery) of the Criminal Code.

Former chief of Terter Education Department has been sentenced to three-month imprisonment.
