Singer Baloglan Ashrafov undergoes surgery

Baloglan Ashrafov's cousin Igbal Guliyev told the APA that the surgery was performed by Koray Acarly and was successful. Ashrafov will stay in resuscitation for a few days.

"Baloglan Ashrafov's donor, our 30-year old relative feels normal. Fortunately, the surgery was successful. He will be moved to the ward in a few days. Then the doctors will say when he will be able to return to Baku," he said.

Baloglan Ashrafov was hospitalized win Central Clinic Hospital with cirrhosis on March 8 and later sent to Memorial Hospital in Turkey.
