The committee chief noted that 50% of the IDPs from Bilesuvar and Fuzuli settled in the camps will be moved to the settlements in the region and added that the construction will finish in 2-3 months.

Ali Hasanov said that the newly-constructed settlements are temporary places for IDPs and they will return to their native lands after they are liberated.

"These settlements are given to them for temporary living," he said.

Commenting on the reconstruction of hostels where IDPs have been houses, the Committee chief said all documents have been prepared and submitted to the relevant bodies.
