Nurse and head physician of Zibakhanim Clinic sentenced

Asgarova was fined on court's decision. But Safarova got three years of suspended imprisonment, APA reports.

As per the accusations Safarova helped Tatyana Leonidova with delivery at the maternity house illegally though it was not allowed and sold the child $ 1000 cheating the mother that her baby was dead. The head physician got information about the incident, but did not take any measures.

Asgarova is accused of article 314.119(negligence) and Safarova 144-1.2.3 (human traffic) of criminal code.
