President decrees on improving conditions of members of Artists' Union, Composers' Union and Writers' Union

State Committee on Management of Public Property is to prepare proposals on reconstruction of buildings of Artists' Union and Writers' Union and housing of Composers' Union and submit to the Cabinet within a month.

Baku Mayor's Office is to prepare proposals on building offices for the three unions in Absheron peninsula and submit to the Cabinet within a month.

According to the executive order, taking into account the proposals of Artists' Union and relevant bodies, Culture and Tourism Ministry is to prepare proposals on exhibiting of Azerbaijani art paintings abroad in 2008-2013 and submit to the president within three months.

Composers' Union is to prepare proposals on publication and electronic relaying of the works of Azerbaijani composers.
 
The Cabinet has been assigned to set up pension fund to ensure the creative activity of the three unions and prepare proposals on the use of this fund, APA reports.
