Sahib Safarov said that he will be kept in the investigation ward until the Court of Appeals considers the second appeal in his case.
"Ramil called and told me about it. He feels well. He is satisfied with the detention conditions," he said.
Sahib Safarov said it is unknown when the court will consider the second appeal.
Ikram Shirinov, the representative of Ramil Safarov's family and Defense Ministry told that they will decide whether to appeal after they get the decision of Appeals Court that upheld the judgment of Budapest Court on sentencing Ramil Safarov for lifetime prison.
Budapest Court sentenced Ramil Safarov for lifetime prison for murdering Armenian officer Gurgen Margarian on April 13, 2006.
Though he was transferred to investigation ward on March 5 was again taken to detention place, APA reports.
