Grievous Crimes Court replies to Omb

Reports were not admitted to the trial of ex-health minister Ali Insanov because there were no vacant seats in the courtroom, Grievous Crimes Court replied to Ombudsperson Elmira Suleymanova.

The letter reads that 28 reports were allowed to attend the trial on February 22, 23, 27 and 29 reporters on Feb. 28, and the trial was also attended by representatives from international organizations and there were no discrimination among the reporters.

About 30 media representatives were admitted to the courtroom. There were no vacant seats for others. The court didn't interfere with the reporters, the letter says.
