Chief of Azerbaijani Committee against Torture meets Supreme Court Chairperson

Today, chief of Azerbaijani Committee against Torture Elchin Behbudov has met with Supreme Court Chairperson Ramiz Rzayev to deliver prisoners' appeals, Behbudov told.

Supreme Court chairperson said the appeals will be investigated, APA reports.

"Then we will monitor whether prisoners are tortured in the detention places or no. We asked Ramiz Rzayev to give appropriate instructions to the judges," he said.
