Azerbaijan to strengthen security of national cyberspace

The Ministry Officer Rufat Gulmammadov told that it is planned to register information resources, form government information resources, license organizations specialized in communication services, protect national information resources.

Working group will prepare proposals and the package will be submitted to the Cabinet.

He noted that the government wants to regulate and control Internet resources, APA reports.

"Recently, Armenians ad hackers have attacked Azerbaijan’s websites. The websites of the government bodies should be constructed in accordance with the requirements. The company meeting these requirements can build the website of government bodies," he noted.
