First anniversary of Basman tragedy

66 died in Basman market of Moscow, where roof collapsed a year ago. About 50 of them were Azerbaijanis.

Moscow Prosecutor's Office launched a criminal case against the owner of the market Mark Mishiyev. But later he was released, APA reports.

The investigation is being carried out at present.
