Azeri chess player gets to top tournament in France

Azerbaijani chess player Namig Guliyev took the top in the international tournament held in Nancy, France.

Scoring 2 points in three rounds, he defeated Indian player Chanda Sandipan with whites in the fourth round. He shares first and second places with Ukrainian Vasili Sikula.

The tournament will be over on Feb.25, APA-Sport reports.
