The film tells about living conditions of refugees and IDPs as the result of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict.
State Committee chief Ali Hasanov said that 50-minute film was shot on basis of archive materials and historical facts. The beginning of the film covers 1828-1986.
The former USSR president Mikhail Garbachov's involvement in this problem was demonstrated in the film.
The film also gives information about the foundation of the State Oil Fund, the then President Heydar Aliyev's activity in this sphere, his foreign policy, Ilham Aliyev's care on refugees and IDPs.
Hasanov said that the film will be translated into English under the president's order.
Besides, 10-minute will be shot and translated into English, Arabic, Russia and French. The film was demonstrated at the end of the ceremony, APA reports.
