Projects on establishment of dubbing studios in regional TV channels will be worked out

"If the films are demonstrated in Russian language, then the films should be screened in Chinese, Vietnam languages too, as the rights of all languages should be preserved. Otherwise demonstration of films in foreign languages will be banned and we prefer this variant, the chief of National Television and Radio Council (NTRC) told the APA.

"There is no dubbing studio in regional TV channels. For this Culture and Tourism Ministry will work out projects on establishment of dubbing studios," he said.

The chief of the council said that the law considering prohibition of screening films in foreign languages will be passed in the first ten-day of March.
