Lawyers meet with Ramil Safarov and his Hungarian lawyers

The trial on appeal filed against Budapest Court's judgement on Azerbaijani Armed Forces officer Ramil Safarov on April 13, 2006 will start on February 22.

Representative of Safarov's family and Defense Ministry Ikram Shirinov and Bar Association chairman Azer Tagiyev met with Ramil Safarov, Shirinov told the APA. Safarov's Hungarian lawyer Klara Fisher also participated in the meeting. Azerbaijani and Hungarian lawyers had discussion about the trial.

Shirinov said that additions to the appeal will be submitted to the court. Final variant of Safarov's speech in the trial will be discussed at the meeting. The lawyer said that they got acquainted with the materials of the criminal case.
