3 arrested for drug traffic in Balaken

Three persons have been arrested on illicit drug trade in the Azerbaijani region of Balaken.

In result of investigation carried out by police office group to fight against narcotic drugs, 78gr dried marihuana was found in the house owned by Tulu village resident Reshidov Elchin Mehemmed born in 1975. During the interrogation he stated that he sells the drug.

A criminal case has been instituted under article 234 of Criminal Code.

The Balaken police office also noted that 64gr marihuana was found about Gazma village resident Aliyev Rasim Siraceddin and seized. He told the investigation that he had bought the drug from Talalar village resident Hajiyev Imran Ibrahimkhelil born in 1959. A criminal case has been instituted under article 234.4, the investigation is under way. APA
