Passports to be issued to Azerbaijanis in Russia from Feb. 20

He said that Azerbaijani consulates in Russia will set entrance seal to the passports. He noted that Azerbaijanis, engaged in business in Russia before the law came effective, will not be demanded to fill in migration card.

Tagiyev stressed that Azerbaijanis are responsible for the misunderstandings as well. He said Azeri citizens are not keen on being registered.

"Most of Azerbaijanis working in Russia had no registration document. 37,8 thousand Azerbaijanis passed registration in 2006. This is far from reality," he said, APA reports.
