Economic Court considers Independent Azerbaijan University students' appeal

The representatives of Education Ministry did not participate in the trial. The students' lawyer appealed for submission of Independent Azerbaijan University documents which were submitted to the Republic Prosecutor's Office by the Education Ministry to court and Education Minister and the ministry's officers' bearing testimonies. The court proceeding was postponed to February 23, as the Ministry representatives missed.

Education Ministry claimed for banning the private educational institution's activity at Local Economic Court in May last year, APA reports.
