Former Health Minister Ali Insanov's book published in Moscow

The edition published in Russian consists of 714 pages, the lawyer for former minister Togrul Babayev told the APA.

The first edition of the book gained two famous awards in 2004 in Frankfurt am Main (Germany) and in Madrid (Spain) in 2005 three days before his arrest. The book is at present used in higher medical schools in Europe.

The court proceeding of Ali Insanov, Health Ministry Pharmaceutics and Medical Equipment department former chief Akif Maharramov and former director of the ministry's international relations department Alexander Umnyashkin will start on February 15 in the Court of Grave Crimes.
