Haji Mammadov denies appeal on death lethal injection

Behbudov told the APA that the spread information that he appealed on death lethal injection is untrue. Right defender said that there is no reason to keep Mammadov in NSM.

"Haji Mammadov will be transferred to other detention ward after we receive decision about it. His detention in NSM has no relation with the assassination of Elmar Huseynov," he said.

It should be noted that, recently, most of the members of Haji Mammadov's gang were transferred from NSM Detention ward to Detention wards # 1 and 3. Only four- Haji Mammadov and other three are being kept in NSM.

Media released information about Haji Mammadov's relation to Elmar Huseynov's assassination and that he appealed on death lethal injection.
