Trial of nurse set on January 31

A lawyer to Seferova Mirzammed Rehimov solicited to the court and said that Seferova was taken to the court unjust. He said that it is necessary to put an end to the criminal case because it was not proved that Seferova sold the child to somebody. The lawyer's solicitation was not met. The trial was set on January 31.

It should be noted that Seferova was accused on the Article 144-1. 2. 3 of the Criminal Code together with head doctor of Zibakhanim clinic Zibakhanim Esgerova who is accused on the Article 314 of the Criminal Code.

As per the accusations Seferova helped Tatyana Leonidova with delivery at the maternity house and sold the child $ 1000 cheating the mother that her baby was dead, the APA reports.
